i just realized that cause Josei and Kaj know so many languages, they can talk to each other and have a private conversation in front of ppl!!!

lol very true. lol. but the thing is they r nobility so that means most people around them speak the same as they do. at least the languages Josei knows is what all the nobility of Sarden understand at her status. So they would have to be in a public place to have their hidden conversation amongst someother people.
Now, Kaj he is just different in the way that he knows all these languages, but that is how the Royal family of the Realm is like. (They need to be able to communicate with ALL their subjects)
